Capability

  • Shop detailing drawings :
    • Structural steel => 500t/month (based on normal structrue such as ware house, piperack, etc;)
    • Piping Isometric and Spool drawings => 1,500 sheet of drawings/month by using Spoolgen based on the provided idf or pcf  files.
    • Plate work => 200t/month depending of the size and thickness of the plate work.
  • Shop detailing drawings :
    • Structural steel => 600t/month
    • Piping work => 50,000 DBI/month (based on the normal carbon steel).
    • Plate work =>  150t/month depending of size and thickness of the plate work.
  • Blasting and Painting :
    • Grit Blasting and Painting => 15,000 sqm/month
